Vertigo in TCM means dazzle and swirl. The pathogeny of it includes: sputum, wind, fire, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney, ecchymosis .
中医的眩晕是以头晕目眩为主症的疾病，其病因病机包括：痰浊中阻、风阳上扰、肝火上炎、气血亏虚、肝肾两虚、瘀血阻窍等。
Bitter taste: hepatobiliary dysfunctions, liver is deficient with fire and the sleeping is not good.
苦味：肝胆功能失调，肝虚火旺，休息欠佳。
Clearing away the fire of heart and liver is main treatment.
治疗上以清泻心肝之火为主。
